Lot Essay

The Patrimony is in tribute to the great explorers is in a limited edition of 240 timepieces, available in four versions. Production began in 2004 with two explorers: The Magellan expedition (1519 - 1522, first circumnavigation, and the Zheng He expeditions (1405 - 1433, Admiral of the Ming fleet). Only 60 examples of each subject were made available by Vacheron Constantin. The present watch belongs to the tribute to the Magellan expedition.
