    BIOGRAPHY

    Relationship Coordinator, Akilah provides administrative and operational support to the team’s Client Relationship Directors and Managers to maintain successful client relationships with new and existing clients. She is an alumna of Cornell University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Fiber Science and Apparel Design Management in January 2017. She went on to receive her Masters in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, New York graduating in March 2019.

  • Bonnie Brennan

    BIOGRAPHY

    Bonnie Brennan is the Deputy Chairman, Head of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Management Services for Christie’s Americas. Ms. Brennan joined Christie’s in 2012 with 15 years of experience in the auction business. She brings a history of successes in client development and strong relationships across the Trusts & Estates community. Since joining the Christie’s team, she has played a key role in securing notable consignments for Christie’s major sales of Impressionist and Modern Art, Post-War and Contemporary Art and American Paintings. Prior to her current role, Ms. Brennan worked as a Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer for another major international auction house, where she specialized in the area of Trusts and Estates. She gained a solid reputation as a team player and had a long history of success in assisting professional fiduciaries and private clients with the disposition of personal property through both public auction and private sales. Ms. Brennan was also responsible for developing effective and compelling sale and marketing strategies for consignments at the highest levels. Ms. Brennan is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where she was a double-major in Art History and Communications. Ms. Brennan is a member of Board of Trustees for Cristo Rey New York High School and she serves as an active member on the Professional Advisors Council for Calvary Hospital, The Professional Advisory Council for the American Friends of the Israel Museum and the Planned Giving Advisory Council for the New York Historical Society.

  • Tash Perrin

    BIOGRAPHY

    Tash Perrin serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Management Services at Christie’s International and assists estate, institutional and private clients through major sales globally. Prior to her current role, Ms. Perrin served as Head of the Estates, Appraisals & Valuations department and was responsible for overseeing the management of all the valuations produced by Christie’s Americas. Ms. Perrin has represented Christie's at trusts and estates/family office conferences across the United States since 2007. Ms. Perrin re-joined Christie’s New York in 2007 after seven years in Christie’s London where she served as a director of Business Development. Ms. Perrin led the Client Advisory department through major sales in London and also became instrumental in the organization of the first sales of Christie’s in Dubai. Prior to moving to London, Ms. Perrin worked closely with specialists in several major collecting categories, including Impressionist, Modern, 19th Century, Post-War and Contemporary Art, as well as Wine and Old Masters, where she started her career in New York in 1996. Ms. Perrin is among Christie’s most recognizable auctioneers, having led sales in two continents over the last 18 years. In 2016, Ms. Perrin was appointed head of Christie’s Auctioneering program in New York and holds a seat on the firm’s Global Auctioneering Board. In addition to her auctioneering duties for Christie’s, she generously donates her time to charity auctioneering, and has conducted more than 60 high-profile charity auctions across the globe. Ms. Perrin serves as Co-Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Art and Collectibles Committee, is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the New York Historical Society and is Co-Vice President of the Board of Directors of Tom Gold Dance. Ms. Perrin holds a BA Hon. degree in Art History from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada, and is a graduate of Christie's Education Modern & Contemporary Art Course in New York.

  • Joanna Ostrem

    BIOGRAPHY

    Joanna Ostrem is Senior Vice President, Senior Director in the Chairman’s Office of Christie’s Americas. Ms. Ostrem assists estates and private clients through auction, private sales and appraisal services. She also oversees business development with professional advisors in the legal, banking and financial communities in Boston and the Northeast. Prior to her current role, Ms. Ostrem was a Senior Account Manager in the Estates, Appraisals and Valuations department at Christie’s for over seven years. Since joining Christie’s, Ms. Ostrem has managed significant pieces of business, such as the sale of the collection of Mrs. Sidney F. Brody, including Picasso’s painting Nude, Green Leaves and Bust, that sold for a world record price of $106.5M in 2010. More recently, Ms. Ostrem has managed both the appraisal process and the sale of property from the estates of many notable artists and their families. Ms. Ostrem has over thirteen years of experience in the auction business. She serves as a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council for the New York Historical Society. Prior to joining Christie’s, she worked for four years at a French auction house. Ms. Ostrem graduated with honors from Bowdoin College, and has an M.A. in French from Middlebury College.

  • Rita Boyle

    Senior Vice President, Trusts, Estates & Wealth Management Services

    BIOGRAPHY

    Rita Boyle joined Christie's in January of 2008. Ms. Boyle works from the Beverly Hills office and oversees business development with professional advisors in the Southern California area. Ms. Boyle assists these advisors in the legal, banking and financial communities through the disposition of art collections at auction as well as supervising the process of obtaining estate tax, gift tax, or insurance appraisals from Christie's to satisfy the fiduciary needs of trusts and estates. Ms. Boyle has been instrumental in securing consignment of numerous important estates in Southern California most notably The Estate of Max Palevsky bringing $58 million at auction. Prior to joining Christie's, Ms. Boyle worked in the auction field for 20 years in the role of an Asian Art specialist and in the field of Trusts and Estates. Ms. Boyle earned a BA degree in East Asian Studies form Duke University and studied Chinese History at the University of Nanjing in the People's Republic of China.

  • Steven

    Senior Vice President

    BIOGRAPHY

    Mr. Zick joined Christie’s in 2004, after six years with the San Francisco-based auctioneer Bonhams & Butterfields. Steven and his colleagues in the Chicago regional office cover a thirteen-state area and work with estate fiduciaries, private collectors, museums and dealers coordinating appraisals and securing property for auctions held in New York, London, Paris and a host of other international sales sites. Steven is also a charity auctioneer and lectures on art and appraisal-related topics nationwide. Prior to joining the auction world, Steven was a lawyer with 14 years’ experience, most recently with the Attorney General of Illinois. Specializing in federal habeas corpus and criminal appeals, he practiced in every court, from the circuit courts of Illinois to the Supreme Court of the United States. Board memberships have included the Museum Council of the Museum of Contemporary Photography, the Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum and the Junior Board of Heartland Alliance. He also served on the Gala and Acquisitions Committees of the Society for Contemporary Art at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Board of Governors of the English Speaking Union. He is currently a board member of the Irish Georgian Society and is a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council.
