Lot Essay

Hugh 'Binkie' Beaumont, was one of the most influential theatre producers in London during the middle of 20th Century. Setting up H.M. Tennant Ltd in 1936 with Harry Tennant, he went on to produce many very successful productions, including Noel Coward's Present Laughter and Blithe Spirit.
