NEW PODCAST SERIES LAUNCHES TODAY FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN A CAREER IN THE ART WORLD

 

Christie’s Education new podcast series, Think Like an Art World Expert, maps careers in the art world beyond the roles of curators and gallerists, offering listeners in-depth interviews with a variety of specialists, sharing insights on how they reached their position, what their role entails, skills they have collected along the way, and offering tips on how to get the art world career of your dreams.

With a new episode released every Wednesday, the six-week podcast series will feature Nico Epstein, Director of online art advisory platform Artvisor; Anakena Padden, Studio Manager of Kevin Francis Grey; Flora Alexandra Ogilvy, Founder and CEO of digital arts platform Arteviste and India Whalley, Founder of The Dot Project Gallery; Geoff Lowsley, Art Collection Manager; Marine Tanguy, Founder and CEO of visual artist agency and fund MTArt Agency; and Bernadine Bröcker Wieder, Co-Founder and CEO of Vastari.

Presented by Glen Hardwick-Bruce, Programme Director of Continuing Education London at Christie’s Education, Think Like an Art World Expert has been created for those who know they want to work in the art world but aren’t quite sure where all the opportunities may lie. “Whether they are new graduates or thinking of changing sector, it might be their first step towards making potential connections with people who could guide them in the direction of their next career move,” commented Glen Hardwick-Bruce.
