The Roger Federer Collection realised a combined total of £3,429,125 across The Live Auction in London and The Online Sale, selling 100% by lot and achieving more than 3 times the pre-sale low estimate. All proceeds will go to the benefit of The RF Foundation to support its education initiatives in Switzerland and across countries in Southern Africa
On 23 June, The Live Auction for The Roger Federer Collection raised £1,329,375 in support of The RF Foundation, selling 100% by lot. Celebrating Federer’s historic achievements, 20 lots from his Grand Slam victories were offered during the livestreamed evening auction, with viewers tuning in to watch from around the world. From a racket used in his fabled tussle with Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon in 2007 to the clay-covered shoes from his win at Roland Garros in 2009, these items provide a window into some of the sport’s most iconic moments.
The Online Auction took place 23 June – 14 July and realised £2,099,750 across 300 lots that chronicle Federer’s incredible career from the early 2000s right through to 2021, affording fans across the globe the opportunity to own a momentous object from his journey to date.
