This month Paris Jewels presents an outstanding selection of jewellery designed by René Boivin and Suzanne Belperron, including a ‘Rouleau’ diamond bracelet and a stunning rock crystal and diamond ring circa 1950. Two French private collections of signed vintage jewels – featuring necklaces, bangles, earrings and rings – from 1960–1970 by Boucheron, Cartier, Chaumet, Mellerio, Van Cleef & Arpels and Harry Winston will also be offered. Further highlights include a natural pearl weighing 125 grains from a European family and an Art Deco hematite, citrine and onyx necklace by Gérard Sandoz, whose pieces are rarely seen at auction.
