Each on a square base with canted corners, applied with cherubs masks and a band of ovolo, the tapering stem decorated with Régence style strapwork and literary busts, the four scrolling arms each terminating in a leaf cast spool shaped nozzle, marked on foot rim, candlearm, sockets and drip pans, the base further stamped 'R&S GARRARD PANTON ST. LONDON ENGLAND'
