Accompanied by Patek Philippe leather envelope, suede pouch, certificate and instructions.

The reference 4864 was Patek Philippe's first lady's complicated wristwatch. The model was launched in 1997 as a companion piece to the men's reference 5034 and remained in production until 2005. The watch was produced in yellow, pink and white gold and had two available dials, one in white with Breguet numerals and the other two-tone with diamond markers.
