Each designed as two pavé-set diamond hoops suspending a circular-cut diamond at the centre to the pearl and diamond surmount and cultured pearl and diamond tassel detail, circa 1930, 7.7 cm long

Please note that the pearls have not been tested for natural origin.

Lot Essay

By family tradition these ear pendants were part of a set that belonged to the Raja Asif Ali Khan, the last ruler of Nanpara, India (1927-1997). The set was presented to his family from the Nizam of Hyderabad, Osman Ali Khan (1886-1967).
