Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1966 and its subsequent sale on 9 November 1966. It has never been offered in public before and is one of less than 20 examples of reference 3423 in yellow gold to appear at auction to date.

Reference 3423 was in production from 1958 until the early 1970s and available in yellow, pink and white gold.
