Accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificat d'Origine et de Garantie dated 20 March 1880, invoice dated 19 March 1880 addressed to Monsieur Charles Zuberbühler amounting to a total of Swiss Francs 2,500 for the present watch, invoice dated 18 April 1972 addressed to Monsieur Alberto Ayerza Zuberbühler for a complete revision, original fitted presentation box number 48'149 containing the original spare crystal. Furthermore delivered with the Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with engraved monogram C.Z. on the case back in 1879 and its subsequent sale on 20 March 1880.
Having remained in the same family until at least 1972, this watch has never been offered in public before. It is an extremely fine collector's piece in excellent overall condition, still retaining the original documents as well as its box.
