Accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 1 October 1996 and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1996 and its subsequent sale on 31 July 1996. Furthermore delivered with the original fitted presentation box. It has never been offered in public before.

Reference 5024 was in production from 1994 until 2006.
