soft-ground etching, circa 1879, on Arches, Breeskin's only state, with full margins, minor surface soiling, rippling throughout, pressure marks and printing creases in the margins, mat staining along the lower right margin edge, pale time staining, hinge remains in places at the reverse of the margin edges, otherwise in good condition
