The High Chair (B. 103)
drypoint, 1889, on laid paper with Van Gelder coat of arms watermark, a fine impression with strong burr, Breeskin's only state, signed in pencil, with wide margins, the palest light- and mat staining, minor surface soiling, two 3-in. diagonal pressure marks at lower left in the image, occasional diagonal creasing, a ¾-in. split in the lower right margin below the signature (with associated skinning and losses), ¼-in. inclusion at the upper left margin corner, a few minute tears in places along the extreme upper and lower margin edges, a minute loss at the extreme upper right margin corner, black and orange Conté lines on the reverse, otherwise in good condition
