drypoint, circa 1891, on laid paper (with partial JW watermark), an experimental impression, Breeskin's first state (of seven), signed in pencil, annotated 'No. 125,' with full margins, rippling throughout, surface soiling (primarily in the margins), a diagonal crease at the lower left corner (affecting the margin and image), stray printing ink and fingerprints in the upper right margin, pale time staining, otherwise in good condition
