Lot Essay

June Stanier was Picture Editor of the Sunday Times Colour Magazine from 1967-73. She was succeeded by Bruce Bernard, who remained until June's return in 1978. Noel Chanan, June's husband, is a documentary filmmaker and writer on photography.
