The gilt dial with Roman numerals, engraved centre and cylinder movement, the case inset with a rectangular Swiss enamel plaque depicting the Madonna and Child to a blue champlevé enamel surround with engraved foliate border and rose-cut diamond detail, the reverse with blue camplevé enamel and central diamond set star motif to a foliate border, suspended from a gold and blue enamel oval panel brooch with applied rose-cut diamond foliate detail
