Designed as a circular-cut ruby cluster, within a cushion-cut sapphire surround with circular-cut ruby accents, opening to reveal a watch, with mechanical movement, the circular brushed gold dial with black baton chapters and blued-steel hands, to the expandable rose gold coiled band with diamond detail and openwork diamond scrolled clasp, mounted in rose gold, circa 1945, 6¼ ins.
