The tricorn bases on three foliage capped scroll feet, the border chased with stiff leaves on a textured ground, the base further chased with foliage and strapwork, the frame cast with putto and swags and supporting three shell form dishes with putto riding dolphin finials and with three further fluted cups, the stem applied with further putto finials and with a tripartite shell dish with sea-horse finials and with a Neptune finial, filled
