Shaped oval and on four leaf-capped scroll feet, the side applied with oak leaf and acorn swags centring vacant cartouches and with leaf and mask handles, the domed cover applied with foliage and shells and with a military trophy finial, marked under tureen, on handles, under liner, on cover bezel and on finial, the liner further stamped 'Boudet Bd des Capucines 43 Paris'
