George William Fox, 9th Baron Kinnaird, was Master of the Buckhounds between 1839 and 1841; Lord Lieutenant of Perth; and was created Baron Rossie, of Rossie, Perth in June 1831, and Baron Kinnaird, of Rossie, Perth, in September 1860.
