This work has been authenticated by the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation and while the work will be included in the forthcoming Josef Albers catalogue raisonné being prepared by the Anni and Josef Albers Foundation, it should be noted that the annotations and signature on the reverse of this work are not by Albers and were added by an unknown hand.
