Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1940 and its subsequent sale on April 5th, 1942. The extract further confirms that the watch left the factory with the applied gold Breguet numerals.

According to our research the present watch is one of only 20 examples of the reference 96 in pink gold and one of only three with Breguet numerals known to the market.
