The octagonal light blue enamel case with applied dark blue and green enamel leaves in a spiral design, set with a central faceted cabochon sapphire, within a bluish green enamel foliate surround, the reverse watch, with gilt-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, the circular silvered dial with black Arabic numerals and blued-steel hands, with a bluish green enamel pendant hoop, mounted in 18k gold, circa 1920, with French assay mark, in a Boucheron brown leather fitted case
