With eccentric and small nickel-finished lever movement, 15 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the eccentric oval-shaped silvered matte dial with Roman numerals to the upper half of the circular case, engraved initials to the lower half, the hinged back centred by a painted polychrome enamel portrait of an Ottoman Gentleman, signed E.V. 1914, case numbered, dial and movement signed
