Set with an oval-shaped synthetic sapphire cabochon, inlaid with a calibré-cut ruby cross of Saint George, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the fluted gold hoop, mounted in 18k rose gold, circa 1955, ring size 4.5, with French assay mark for gold
