the complete set of nine chiaroscuro woodcuts, frontispiece, and the separately printed corinthian pilasters, circa 1598, on heavy laid paper without watermarks, printed from four blocks in black, mushroom and two varying shades of ochre, very good, carefully registered impressions, printing with strong gaufrage, all sheets loose and trimmed well outside the borderline or the subject above and below, with the outer sides of the pilasters stuck to the adjoining sides of the sheets respectively (lacking the central element of the pilasters), the pilasters printed from three blocks in black, brown and light pink, plates 8 and 9 with several brown stains, plate 9 with several long tears across the sheet, the sheet partially backed, other minor stains and defects to other plates, all with remains of backing sheets along the sheet edges verso
