etching, circa 1640, countermark LB (Hinterding B.a.b. or B.b.), a fine, early impression, with great contrast in the foreground and the view of the city in the background printing strong and clearly, trimmed on or just outside the platemark on three sides, and fractionally into the platemark above, some very minor surface soiling and pale paper discolouration toward the sheet edges, generally in very good condition, framed
