With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1987 and its subsequent sale on July 21st of the following year. Further accompanied by Patek Philippe leather presentation box.

To the best of our knowledge the present watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3734 from 1982 until approximately 1990.
