De forme circulaire, la face en émail représentant la Crucifixion et portant l'inscription 'SALVATOR MUNDI'; le revers avec des armoiries cardinalices en verre églomisé et portant les initiales 'PB', monture et anneau de suspension en laiton; doré à l'intérieur une étiquette en papier portant la mention 'reliquaire ayant/appartenu a l'abbe/de Brantôme/art français XVI S'; le rebord inférieure portant des étiquettes inscrites '838' et 'TE'; légères restaurations
