The blade hon-zukuri, iorimune, with a later carving of Fudo Myo-o on the omote, the forging pattern mokume, tempering pattern notare mixed with gunome and midare boshi, tang o-suriage with kiri end, one hole, 16 5/8in. (42.2cm.) long, in shirasaya

With a wakizashi koshirae comprising a brown lacquer saya decorated with a scene of two Nanban ships and Nanban figures on a cliff in colored takamaki-e, iron kozuka decorated with scrolling foliage in silver taka-zogan, iron fuchi-kashira carved with dragon among clouds, small shakudo tsuba, 24¾in.
