By Fabergé, with the workmaster's mark of Mikhail Perchin, St. Petersburg, circa 1890, scratched inventory number 27435
Diamond shaped, enameled in translucent white over a sunburst and wavy guilloché ground, the top applied with interlaced ribbon-tied berried laurel branches, centering a sapphire push-piece, the sides applied with laurel swags above an entrelac-chased border, on four toupie feet, marked under base
