Marked Fabergé with the Imperial warrant, apparently no date or town mark, probably Moscow, circa 1900
Circular, enameled in translucent white over a wavy guilloché ground, the top applied with trails of flowers radiating from a rosette centering a cabochon sapphire push-piece, the sides applied with trails of flowers, lacking a base, marked under cover
