Lot Essay

With Rolex Garantie et Attestation de Chronomètre Officiel dated 27 July 1984, original purchase invoice dated the same day, Rolex France Garantie Internationale dated 16 June 2004, brochures, original green presentation box and outer packaging.

The present watch is a fine example of the celebrated Cosmograph Daytona reference 6263, preserved in very good overall condition.

Reference 6263 was introduced into the market in 1971. Different versions of the model are described and illustrated in I Cronografi Rolex - La Leggenda, Pucci Papaleo Editore, pp. 328 - 335.
