A PAIR OF RUBY AND DIAMOND EAR PENDANTS
Each suspending an oval-shaped ruby weighing 3.25 and 3.17 carats, within an oval-shaped diamond surround, joined to the surmount weighing 1.07 and 1.04 carats, mounted in 18k white and yellow gold, 3.3 cm long
Accompanied by two reports nos. 0509588 dated 28 September 2005 and 0311458 dated 10 December 2003 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the 3.25 and 3.17 carat rubies are of Burma (Myanmar) origin with no indications of heating
Report no. 16782303 dated 14 January 2008 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the 1.07 carat diamond is E colour, VS2 clarity
Report no. 16865476 dated 6 February 2008 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the 1.04 carat diamond is F colour, VS2 clarity

in Burma (e.g., sapphires), such items may be imported into the U.S.,
provided that the gemstones have been mounted or incorporated into jewellery
outside of Burma and provided that the setting is not of a temporary nature
(e.g., a string).
