Original white card covers printed in orange, original glassine dust-jacket (a few small stains, dust-jacket yellowed and chipped). Provenance: Pasadena Art Museum (small label on inside front cover) -- Mike Salisbury (noted American graphic designer and photographer).

One of only 500 copies of the second edition, from the collection of designer and photographer Mike Salisbury.
