FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY WITH BEARD'S HANDPRINT in blood-red ink and inscribed: 'warm greetings to Mari and Masaru'. Beard's tremendously energetic visual diaries of his extraordinary life can be interpreted as the manifesto of his subversive, iconoclastic view of photography. An excellent copy, complete with the wraparound band, of a work not published outside of Japan.
