marked P. Ovchinnikov, Moscow, 1896-1908
Tapering cylindrical, the body decorated at intervals with panels depicting yellow Imperial double-headed eagles on a blue ground amidst vari-coloured stylized flower-heads and foliage, the sprays of vari-coloured foliage on a red ground within white beaded borders, with twisted rope-work rims, on a domed circular foot with vari-coloured lappeted band within beaded borders, marked on foot rim
