Susy Lelong, Paris (a gift from the artist circa 1970) and thence by descent to the present owner.
Exhibited
Paris, Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Calder Intime, February-March 1989 (illustrated, p. 348). This exhibition later travelled to Mexico City, El Centro Cultural/Arte Contemporáneo, June-August 1989 and Tokyo, Seibu Museum of Art, August 1990.
