etching and aquatint in colours with roulette, 1922, on wove paper, signed by Matisse in ink, numbered 39/200 (there was also an edition of 21 in black only), published by Galerie Bernheim-Jeune, Paris, with margins, mount and light-staining, the colours slightly attenuated, a 23 mm. tear in the lower margin, a crease at the upper left sheet corner, irregularly trimmed, backboard staining and remains of old tape at the sheet edges verso
