Of rectangular outline, the green enamel case trimmed by single-cut diamonds, depicting a polo player, wearing a mother-of-pearl helmet and breeches, amethyst jacket and citrine riding boots, with a mother-of-pearl polo stick and ball, atop a stylized 18k gold horse with circular-cut diamond detail, the circular-cut diamond pushpiece opening to reveal a fitted mirror, covered compartment and lipstick holder, mounted in 18k gold, circa 1925, 3 1/8 x 2 7/8 x 3/8 ins., with French assay marks and maker's mark
