Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1926 and its subsequent sale on 30 July 1927. It furthermore states that the Geneva Observatory rating certificate was obtained on 21 July 1927.

According to the registers of the Geneva Observatory, the present watch was presented at the 1927 contest where it achieved the second prize with 771 points. It had been prepared and adjusted by the renowned precision adjuster F. Moudoux.
