Shreve & Co., San Francisco Cal, Arabic numerals, blued steel chronograph hand; split seconds chronograph movement no. 47'851 unsigned, regulator-style white enamel chronograph dial signed Patek Philippe & Co., Geneva, and numbered 47'851, outer Arabic 60 minute divisions, two subsidiary dials for constant seconds and Arabic hour indication, later metal case.
