Each cylindrical ring with pierced sides, with a scroll handle, engraved with the Royal arms with a label for difference within the Garter motto, with Royal duke's coronet above, on four openwork scroll feet, with two silver-mounted cut-glass bottles, marked underneath, the bottle-mounts apparently unmarked

The arms are those of The Prince George, Duke of Kent (1902-1942).
