Painted with the Drunkenness of Noah, the half-naked Noah lying against rocks before a thatched hut, his sons Shem and Japheth covering him with a robe, their heads turned away, Ham gesturing towards them, in a mountainous landscape within an ochre rim, the reverse inscribed Testamete Vechio· in dark blue script (restored sections to border from 2 to 4 o'clock and 5 to 11 o'clock, associated overpainting, starcrack to well, small minor rim chip at 5 o'clock)
