A Silver-Gilt and Champlevé Enamel Coin Dispenser
Mark of Otto Makselius, St Petersburg, circa 1890
Cylindrical with spreading central band, the body with red, white and blue enamel geometric motifs within bright-cut borders, with a Russian inscription around each rim 'Whoever saves money will live without need', containing a graduated sprung dispensing compartment at each end, marked on each end
