RARE AND IMPORTANT IVORY FAN SET WITH MINIATURE WATCH, MADE FOR THE CHINESE MARKET

With miniature gilt-finished cylinder movement, chain fus/aee, conical pillars, blued rectangular discs and steel balance with balance bridge, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer ring with Arabic five minute divisions, blued steel hands, fitted within the pivot of the carved ivory guardstick, the opposite guardstick fitted with a hidden compartment containing the original key, the 22 ivory sticks finely pierced and engraved, the leaf finely painted on both sides with chinoiserie scenes of figures and landscape, reflecting the taste of the time, case signed
