MARK OF THOMAS EDWARDS, BOSTON, CIRCA 1750
Of scissor form, one handle engraved S BR, marked on each handle with Kane mark D; together with a silver tablespoon, mark of John Edwards, circa 1730, Hanoverian pattern with rat-tail join, engraved EL on reverse, marked on stem with Kane mark C
The tongs 5 in. long; the spoon 7½ in. long (2)
