Lot Essay

Karsh's letter to the original owner, accompanying this print, reads as follows: 'I am pleased to learn that your parents' Demitasse and our poodle Clicquot, where [sic] brother and sister, if not cousins. We enjoyed our little poodle for almost 15 years, and we have a garden in his memory. The print of Georgia O'Keeffe is on its way to you under separate cover. With every good wish.'
