Each oval on four scrolling acanthus feet, the reeded acanthus-clad handles with shell-form thumbpieces and lion's-head joins, the cover with reeded acanthus-clad handle and lion's-head joins, centering a flower, each side engraved with a crest and coat-of-arms, marked on bases and covers
